It's back! I went to my favorite site and saw the Pillsbury coupon was back. Try NOT putting in a zip code and hopefully it pops up. I have read on many sites that this coupon is fickle, so if you're lucky enough to find it make sure you print your 2!

Cheap bath tissue at Staples!  A pack of 16 rolls is on sale until 7/30 for $4.99 (above picture was from an email).  You should be able to use two coupons for this. One can be found in June P&G insert $0.25 off one CHARMIN (doesn't state quantity or specify basic).
